Im the Rocky Top Rocket captian, the craft that won the event and set the new north american distance record. To comment about our craft. 1. In past events all of the distance records were set by wings that had detachable cart or vehicle underneath. In fact the 2nd place at this event had a cart that detached upon launch, also. Very common. 2. We designed our wing to look like a mountian top for our "Rocky Top Rocket" theme.
